Latest Activity

The Latest Activity is a field that appears in the detail view of a Lead, Contact, and Account record.

It displays the date and time stamp anytime a task, note, email, or meeting is completed (the modules that update the Latest Activity field are determined by the administrator in Designer].

Since all of these activities are touch points, ‘Latest Activity’ allows you to easily track which Leads, Contacts, and Accounts have not recently been contacted. You can run a search in the list view or run a report to see who has not been reached out to in the longest time and might be slipping away:
