Enable the Google Maps plugin for use with your CRM.me instance in the admin area under Administration-->Plugins-->Maps.
All that is needed is a Google Map API key. The API key is linked to a Google account, you can sign up for a key by following the instructions in the section called 'Obtaining an API key' located here.
Once the API key is entered, system users will have the ability to view the address of an Account, Contact, and Lead when they add the Google Map portlet to the detail view.
