Badges form a part of the CRM.me Gamification engine, they award users for achieving goals in the system. Some badges are awarded for achieving landmarks such as converting 10 sales leads to customer accounts or winning over $100k in closed won sales opportunities. Others are awarded for exploring the system or doing something new for the first time.
When you earn a new badge you will receive a modal notification congratulating you with a description of how you earned it. You have the option to Post to Profile, which will post the news of your badge to the Social Feed, or, you can click Skip to not post the news.
Your new badge, along with others you have already earned are displayed proudly in your Gamification Dashboard.
Some actions reward users a badge for performing them for the first time, ie, logging into the system. Eventually you will receive another login badge for having logged in 25 times. However, instead of cluttering the User Profile page with multiple of the same badges, the existing “login badge” will upgrade, becoming progressively more prestigious. The number in the green circle next to each of your badges shows how many times the badge has been upgraded.
Badge Bonus Points
Each time you achieve a new badge in the system you will also receive bonus XP points that count towards your Overall XP score and push you further up the leaderboard. Badge Level Ups
Each badge will level up differently depending on the expected frequency of performing that action. Below are some examples of achievable badges in CRM.me and what is required to level up a badge from one level to the next.
The Lead badge is awarded for creating a new Lead record (non activity modules).
The Meeting badge is awarded for creating Meeting records (activity modules, logins, social).
The Opportunities Mass Update badge is awarded for performing mass updates to Opportunities records.

The Closed Business badge is awarded when a user marks an Opportunity as “Closed won”.
