My Profile page provides users with all of the information and tools centric to their account. Here a user can perform a number of actions that include updating their details, resetting their password or reviewing their security privileges.
Details
This section displays basic contact information and local preferences of the user. These can be modified by the user themselves or by administrative users.
Latest Activities
This displays a historical log of all complete activities associated with the user sorted by the most recently modified. Options are provided to filter the results by Meetings, Notes or Tasks, etc.
Leaderboard Ranking
This shows the users current ranking on the Weekly, Monthly and Overall Leaderboards. A users leaderboard ranking is calculated based on their accumulation of XP points over the period shown.
Overall Statistics
The Overall Statistics panel shows a users current level, points tally and a progression bar toward achieving their next level.
General
The "General" level is a system wide accumulation of points from all actions in the system. Points awarded for all actions in the system, including bonus points awarded for Category level ups and Badges count toward a users General level. The General points value is a users overall XP tally.
Sales
Some actions in the system award points to the Sales category. Sales points accumulate causing a user to level up in this category when they reach predefined totals. A progress bar displays a user’s progression toward the next level. Each time a user completes a Sales level they are rewarded with bonus points that count toward their General Points tally. Actions that award sales points include:
- Creating Opportunities
- Updating Opportunities
- Winning Opportunities
New Business
Some actions in the system award points to the New Business category. New Business points accumulate causing a user to level up in this category when they reach predefined totals. A progress bar displays a user’s progression toward the next level. Each time a user completes a New Business level they are rewarded with bonus points that count toward their General Points tally. Actions that award New Business points include:
- Creating an Account
- Converting Leads and Contacts
- Creating Leads and Contacts
Account Management
Some actions in the system award points to the Account Management category. Account Management points accumulate causing a user to level up in this category when they reach predefined totals. A progress bar displays a user’s progression toward the next level. Each time a user completes an Account Management level they are rewarded with bonus points that count toward their General Points tally. Actions that award Account Management points include:
- Updating an Account
- Creating new Leads and Contacts
- Updating Leads and Contacts
Time Management
Some actions in the system award points to the Time Management category. Time Management points accumulate causing a user to level up in this category when they reach predefined totals. A progress bar displays a user’s progression toward the next level. Each time a user completes a Time Management level they are rewarded with bonus points that count toward their General Points tally. Actions that award Time Management points include:
Communication
Some actions in the system award points to the Communication category. Communication points accumulate causing a user to level up in this category when they reach predefined totals. A progress bar displays a user’s progression toward the next level. Each time a user completes a Communication level they are rewarded with bonus points that count toward their General Points tally. Actions that award Communication points include:
- Archiving an email
- Creating a Meeting
- Creating a Note
- Creating a Conversation
Achievements
The achievements section displays all badges collected by the user. Hovering over the badge provides an indicator of how the badge was achieved.
Over time some badges upgrade and become more prestigious. Each time a badge upgrades itself the number in the green circle increments by one.
Edit Button
Clicking the edit button allows the user to modify their contact information and local settings. Standard users will not be able to modify the following fields:
- Role
- Status
For security reasons only Admin users can modify a users Role or Status.
Audit Trail Button
The Audit trail button provides the user with a history of changes made to the record. In this case it will show events such as password resets and changes to their personal information along with information of who made that change and when.
Change Password Button
This button allows users and administrators can reset a users password.
Configuration Button
The configuration section allows the user to adjust their preferences for some areas of the system. The options here will likely increase over time currently the user only has the following options:
- List page size
- Sublist page size
- Hide welcome page
Security Button
This screen provides an overview of the users permissions and security group assignment.
Groups
Shows all Groups associated to the user
Group Rights
Shows a cumulative list of Allow or Deny abilities for all possible actions within the system
Group Policies
This section shows information about security policies affecting the user including password strength and expiry policies.
